If you're planning on visiting Chiangkhan, I recommend that you should go Phu-Thok. Leaving Chiangkhan no later than 5.30 AM. You have to take a Tuk-Tuk 100THB/Person, then take a car call "Song-Taew" to the top of mountain for round trip.
