Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Roman Catholic Church a couple hundred meters from an Orthodox Church and a Sinagoga. All in harmony. This one was recently restored buildings. Very simple, no extravagance.

This is a Church that sits in the east of the walled city and it is really quite plain both inside and outside. The church is "grilled" off to stop visitors getting in and I assume stealing stuff.
Worth a look if you are here.

I got here after visiting the Turnul Cismarilor that is located near it. The decorations are few and simple. Said my prayers here before visiting and resting at the small park located in front of this church.

From this park, one can see the neighborhoods below as well as take pictures of this church and its high tower.

We couldn't actually enter more than a couple of steps--there was a locked fence inside the church--and all we could see was a mostly bare room.

It is hard to tell what is what with the churches. The older ones are all either Catholic, former Catholic or Protestant. The newer ones are Orthodox. It's all about the comings and goings of different ruling countries

Sitting within the walls of the citadel, is this fairly large unpretentious modern looking church, looking a little out of place of it surrounds. However constructed in the 19c' this building is far from new just well looked after. The interior is quite restrained/plain, but free to enter. Nice to visit during a walk of the medieval city.

There is nothing spectacular about it. It is a typical catholic church in a well preserved building.

Peaceful and unpretentious! A nice respite from the lavish & ornate that exists in other churches. Small & modest.

This is just a church. Other than the fact that it's inside a medieval citadel, there is nothing spectacular about it. It is a typical catholic church in a well preserved building. We entered the place just because it was on our route. It's also a good stopping point during the summer as the inside temperature is cool and constant. But don't expect to sit, as the benches are locked away by metal bars.

even if it was Saturday, the church was empty. It`s really not much to see inside, as it looks like a classical catholic church - very austere.
