In the village of Sighisoara in 1431 Vlad Tepes was born and lived together with his father until 1435. You find the house of the Impaler Prince of Wallachia between the Citadel square and the Clock Tower. Currently on the ground floor there is a restaurant while on the upper floor, where Vlad Tepes' room was supposedly located, the room has been recreated, nothing historical, nothing special, something to attract tourists, with a final photo with Vlad who gets up from the coffin, the whole thing lasts a few minutes, but it made us laugh. Considering that it costs 2 euros, I'd say it's okay, I preferred to spend it there and have a laugh, rather than spend the same amount for every church in Sighisoara.

Located right next to the clock in the clock square, this restaurant is well-kept and very spacious. We ate quite well, nice waiter and the final bill is not embarrassing with the question that here in Romania is often asked: "do you want to tip 10, 15 or 20 percent?" And as a tip we bought hundreds of Rons of souvenirs for sale directly at the restaurant

Of course they use the name to attract tourists. Quite a unique restaurant in its decor, it offers good dishes, I don't give three stars just because of the waiter, who also speaks Italian very well. His colleague makes a mistake on a dish and he immediately fixes it.

There's no doubt about it, this place is more of a tourist trap than a historical exhibit. It's almost tacky and the souvenirs are definitely overpriced to match. However the service and food were both excellent, so it's not a loss for a Dracula lover to come here. Would not recommend going to Sighisoara only to see this place though.

Vlad Dracul House or rather, a 20 sq m room s**t with smoke, red lights, piano and a little sinister. A 2 minute tour for the amount of 10 lei / person. It gives the impression that it is a memorial house, but it is a great scam.

We stooped there only for breakfast, did not had the tour, I understood that is nothing special. In terms of food it was good, the only think that I would consider still needs to be improved is that the smoked beans soup wasn't smoked at all. It has a medieval atmosphere with medieval music. I am not a fan, but I appreciated the effort to differentiate and to respect the theme of the place.

I wanted to visit this place for a loooooong time. You need to pay extra to enter the Vlad's room and it's like a small horror house. I enjoyed the crepe there.

For 10 lei per person you can enter two dark rooms draped in red fabric. In one a man pops out of a coffin, in the other you can make out a dining table and a few goofy paintings on the wall. There is nothing here!

più o meno sono 300 km per un tempo di percorrenza di circa 4 ore.Ma sul tragitto sono praticamente obbligatorie le soste al Castello di Peles ed a Brasov,forse la più bella città' della Romania.
