This city offers a window into the past. It looks like it was took from 300 years ago and put into the present. There are a few places to visit but the main attractions are the buildings and the crooked streets.

It's a trip back in time, very well kept medieval citadel, charming in every way. You feel like you're in a different world.

We loved Sighisoara with its amazing history. There are lots of hills and steps to tackle so it isn't for the faint-at-heart. The streets have been re-paved with odd size stones so you need to watch your step. Having said all of that, it is...More

Charming atmosphere. Pictorial streets and houses. Great view of the city from many sites. Good restaurants.

You only need a day here for sightseeing. Lovely atmosphere, architecture and cobbled narrow streets everywhere. Make room for plenty of photos

This is a gorgeous town, absolutely stunning. But in September, for us, I think 100% of the people in the center of town were tourists. The waiters working in the central plaza were so unfriendly, I felt bad for just being another tourist asking for...More
