Very much off the beaten track so be vigilant on the roads. Take your own water/food as when we went, there was a school trip so the cafe was not available (e.g no seating).

That's the most beautiful spot of Datca peninsula to watch the sunset! It's a little far, after a day in Palamutbuku, it's half an hour to reach it and the road back to Datca, an hour approximately but it's worth it. I recommend to watch...More

Fabulous place, so much to see and incredibly beautiful. There is probably too much to see in 1 visit and you certainly need a good supply of water to get you round. It's quite. along drive from Datca, but highly recommended.

We last visited knidos 30 years ago by boat. This time we drove there. There has been an enormous amount of work done to improve the site and uncover more. Think on our first visit there were no signs or explanations at all. Lovely to...More

The city here was extensive. The necropolis alone went 7 km outside the city walls. The ruins are not overwhelming, but imagining what is was like... and what a location. Is often pretty windy, take a jacket and hold onto your hat. The walk to...More
