We stumbled onto this area from the Glendale Library next door. We went to the library area to see the Xeriscape Gardens and also the peacocks that live at the library. Sahuaro Ranch was a working ranch in the 1800s. Glendale purchased it and made...More

My daughter and I looked at Sahuaro Ranch Park as a possible wedding venue. We were both impressed, but ultimately decided on another place. I would highly recommend though.

We were visiting the area and decided to check this park out. It was great. Unfortunately, it must have been off season because none of the buildings or houses were open. We still got to walk around them and the park and it was quite...More

We arrived a few minutes after they had closed the gate but we still enjoyed driving and walking around the complex. On the back side, there is a large picnic area with shelters and tables. Will come back earlier the next time to check out...More

I love this place, but sadly, people have come to destroyed it over the years. Love going to see the peacocks running around the corn fields, and fig trees.

It has been a short while since I have been there, but never thought to pick the fruit. The park has several park rangers and you can ask them.
