Unfortunately, a covid-19 disaster area. It was hard to focus on the merchandise when the proprietor is standing behind the counter without a mask on. Then the customers walk in without masks on. This is a small confined store where everyone is handling things. There is no hand sanitizer or any signs requiring customers to sanitize their hands or wear masks. I'm a first responder traveling through Jerome. I enjoy the opportunity to help the local economy by buying gifts and spending time in small towns. This shop has no respect for protecting the public.

Not everyday you experience learning about minerals and local history from the mayor of a town! Delightful and charming, this quaint little rock shop has something for all rock lovers. And it's run by the lovely mayor of Jerome. Added to our collection at extremely affordable prices. Best shop in town.

This shop is on the tiny road up to the Grand Hotel. We like rocks and this didn't disappoint. Although, it has much more than just rocks. It also has nice display shelves made of wood. It also has some jewelry.

Im usually not interested in rock shops. My friend’s husband wanted to stop here while in Jerome and I’m glad we did. We were lucky enough to speak with the owner and she was informative and passionate about the family business. The Miners pick has a great selection of rocks including jewelry. We all left with something.

This store offered one of the best variety of rocks we have found. The offering was well organized. The setting of this shop being in historic Jerome was an added plus. The prices of the rocks were reasonable. You should be able to find the specific type of rock you are interested in.
