We signed up for the 4 hours tour. Great opportunity to meet locals, who are most welcoming. Very professional guides and lots of fun. No need for bicycle experience.

Its about 500,00 range per person with south african lunch included. I don't know if chindren have a different price. But in my opinion this tour is more for adults.

No, it´s super easy! I dont ride bike very offen and was OK to do it since the guide stops sometimes to explain the place and historical facts
