We met Mark following a wonderful walk with Mark's Mother, Judy, during the Garden Route walking festival in 2017. Our walk this July followed on from another recommended walk - Judy's Midnight Meander, along the beach in Sedgefield, saw loads of octopus, starfish and enjoyed...More

Hi Kai, since your visit we have had rains to break the drought and we anticipate that the 2018/19 summmer season will be great for birding.

The trail will give you a perfect view of unspoiled nature, the scenery is out of this world, some trails will lead you to the unspoiled beach.

This is a fun and easy hike, the trail is well marked and much of it is a walkway with lots of stairs. The pontoon crossing is a lot of fun to do.
