We picked up Kayaks at Eden Adventures and at the end of a 30 minute paddle and 30 minute walk sat down with a nice picnic that we had purchased earlier in the day. Waterfall itself and the surrounding lagoon aren't that impressive but nonetheless it's well worth doing.

This is the second time we missioned to the waterfall. This time we hired a canoe from Eden adventures based at Fairy Knowe. It's a 40 min canoe trip and a 40 minute medium walk along the path. You end off at a beautiful waterfall.

Nice forest walk. Not too difficult. Approximately 3 hours to waterfall and back. Pulling rope to get across on pontoon good fun. Costs R120 per person to access the trail.

Not a very high waterfall and difficult to get too unless with Eden Adventures, or swimming up the river, which is not very far, but it is so, off the beaten track, that it is really special.

Stunning reward at the end of a long walk. Waterfall is beautiful and scenery breathtaking. Well worth the time. Several small picnic spots on route to take a dip, chill out and enjoy nature

We walked the 3.6 km (oneway) to the 2 waterfalls at the end of the hike. There is a ferry you use to pass the Touw river. Very funny with a group. If you love nature this is a very nice spot

We walked and originally chose the stepping stone option only to realize once we got there that the rain the day before increased the depth - so no stepping stones to be seen. We walked all the way back to the option of the pontoon- much easier walk to the waterfall - well worth the duplicate trip!

I took the walk with the optional part over the hill and enjoyed stunning views from there. Then I continued to the waterfall and stopped many times to watch birds. There are some explanations on your way about local birds and trees. The walk is easy, especially if you skip the hill, and the canopy crossing is fun!

To be reached canoe or a swim. Lovely refreshing cool mountain water spills over the edge into a small basin like are. Sit and take in natures sounds and beauty.
