We were very disappointed with the food. The quantities were very little, not a big variety, looked unappetizing and not great quality. One tiny roosterkoek per person, with no butter and the rest not much better! We have done most wine farm picnics around Stellenbosch...More

I already allowed extra time to stay at this, the last stop on the Purple Route on the wine tram. I was particularly drawn to the Social History Museum here, which was fascinating (there's also a Music Museum). They have a nice shop selling cheese...More

Besides of the wine, they give you a full perspective of human and south african history. Also they do social work with their children. Beautiful place..
