What a national treasure we have in this park. We found the roads very well- maintained and the stop-off facilities excellent. The entrance process early in the morning is tedious, and online booking only helps you at the first gate (at Crocodile bridge). Even so,...More

We entered at Numbi gate-dnt recommend it because we had to drive for quite a long time-while passing by burnt bushes☹️.. Our luck thankfully changed, when we drove along the sabie river towards the crocodile bridge-we were fortunate to see quite a variety of animals!!...More

Highly recommend taking 2-3 days here. We did one full day on our own and saw the big 5. Guided night safari not that exciting but day one had a lion pride pas by about 100 meters from us. One lioness walked right by the...More

We enetered the Numbi Gate to the Park. So neglected and down even more than last year. It is burnt everywhere for kilometers just like in all townships. There is simply nothing in all the black. The roof at Numbi has not been cleaned in...More

A family trip, 2 families, 4 kids, a car: plenty of animals, near sights of big 5, families of elephants, zebras, giraffes, lazy lions. Safe for a self drive and fully immersive experience.

The Kruger Park as a national heritage, is still one of the best places to visit with a family. Wake every day, to encounter different sightings with its natural beauty. A must do for every family.

Skip Kruger this time round. It's far out of the way and you're traveling with a toddler. Do the addo elephant national park instead. It's closer to Port Elizabeth and it has the big 5. If you want to do Kruger in future... More

Fall towards end of winter because the grass is not there that much and all animals will be looking for the smallest green grass available
