I was told that if I had never been to a crocodile farm, that I should go during the feeding hour. Now that I've gone, I share the same advice. Walking around the Kwena Crocodile Farm (with a guide) you're completely surrounded by crocs of all different sizes, from the smallest of the smalls to the largest of the large.... More

The visit to this Crocodile Farm was very informative for the kids as well as us parents. These predators are indeed fearsome creatures and it was really good to see them close-up in safety.

Yes perhaps a bit pricey but it's the closest you will get to HUGE crocs that jump for chickens, bite chunks out of each other and generally terrify the kids. Hang around until 4:30pm for feeding time, oh and a talk about you guessed it crocs.

this facility ,it is very pricey, not much to do here the tour is very short and the park is very small, they should create bigger walk ways so that u don't feel so congested during tours.

Crocodiles are not my point of interest in fact. I went there because of my wife's and sister's insistence. I have to thank them. I learned and enjoyed a lot. Definitely find some time to visit, you will not regret.

If you want to learn more about crocodiles while on your trip to the Pilanesberg area then this is the place to do it. Very friendly guides, lots of crocodiles of all ages and lots of interesting information about sizes and how the sex of the crocs are determined by the temperature of the eggs and much much more.

Our kids loved visiting the Crocodile Farm at Sun City. The staff are really friendly and informative and we got to touch the skin of a baby croc and take some photos holding them. there are some impressively massive crocs there!

It is so close to Pilanesberg Park and Sun City Hotel. You can see thousand of crocodiles during their feeding. You can buy various souvenirs and taste crocodile meet at the restaurant in front of the farm.
