The market on Saturdays is filled with delicious food and a friendly vibe. The only downside is the heavy pedestrian traffic within the market itself, which is mainly the result of the foreigners during the summer season. Not the best place for people who don't like crowds.

You never get tired to pop in this food, drinks, music, people bazaar. Thousands of people walking along the aisles looking for the good spot to squeeze in for a taste of something to bite. The vibe is joyful, colorful and multiethnic. I love coming here as I can. Not to be missed if you are in town!

Great selection of foods. The food is absolutely delicious. I wish such places were open more than once per week because one visit is simply not enough to try all of the delicious offerings.

I went with my daughters to visit the old biscuit mill during the December 2016 holidays. We parked at the school parking opposite the mill and there was ample parking. Lovely fresh food on sale but quite pricey and it was very crowded. I think its nice to have an experienced it but will not go back again.

Very lively & great choice for breakfast. Brilliant coffee & a wonderful breakfast crepe. Lots of seating available to soak up the music & atmosphere.

This was such a fun experience, walking around taking in all the food options and visiting with all the vendors. Go earlier in the day (on a Saturday) to get better options....a lot of the vendors run out towards the late hours. Try the butter chicken and the fried mac 'n cheese balls.

We wanted to do something on the weekend that locals would do, and the Old Biscuit Mill was the right choice. It was very crowded the day we went, but with a lively bunch and we enjoyed listing to live music, shopping and sampling some fun foods for a few hours. They have a nice wine shop where we sampled... Extremely busy on market day. It's nice but far too many people cramped in small areas. Lots of nice stores but many are rather expensive.

I had high expectations from the "Old Biscuit Mill" due to the fact that Cape Townians and well as few friends from my country rave about this place (the atmosphere, the amount and quality of food, friendly people etc etc etc...well you see the "topo''). I must admit that the concept of the market is pretty cool and attractive, such... More
