The Two Oceans Aquarium is a window into the spectacular oceans surrounding the southern African coast. Through displays ranging from the small and almost fantastical Knysna seahorses, to sea turtles and shoals of shimmering fish, the Aquarium holds wondrous discoveries around every corner. Come face-to-face with giant spider grabs and have an adventurous tactile experience at the Touch Pool. Be sure to visit the I&J Ocean Exhibit, with its 9m long window, and 10m long full tunnel. Qualified divers can also make use of the opportunity to dive in this exhibit with shoals of fish and turtles. The Jelly gallery is sure to mesmerize and enthral.

I really didn't care for this aquarium. My husband and I visited and we were both disturbed by a number of exhibits we saw. The cleaner shrimp were in a tank with nothing to clean. A gigantic eel was just hanging out in a smallish tank and didn't look very happy. We live a 45 minute drive away from a... More

My husband and I were staying on the V&A Waterfront, a few minutes walk from the aquarium. We had a few hours one afternoon and dropped in. The exhibits are great, and you can definitely get through the aquarium in a couple hours.

Perfect for a family with young kids. Great aquarium layout. Check penguin feeding time when you go. They also have a puppet show for the kids and if you are feeling adventurous you can dive with the sharks.

The aquarium itself is great with some really good sights. Great mix of marine life - brilliant for adults and kids. If you're a diver you can go dive in their tank with turtles and stingrays and soon to be a second tank with sharks! Had a great dive in 24 degree water being gawped at by tourists and wildlife.... A great place to get out of the sun and enjoy some stunningly beautiful exhibits! Shark exhibit being renovated hence only 4 stars but my two small daughters still had a wonder time at the puppet show and penguins especially.

We had been told the Aquarium was excellent but we found it small, very crowded and compared with both Monterey in California and London it was disappointing.

Spent a good few hours here and the children loved it (aged 2 and 5). Lots of interactive stuff for them and very educational. The penguin show is great and even out youngest loved the place. Would definitely go back, especially when they have the shark exhibition finished.

Went there with my wife and two teens. They liked it. It is very interactive for kids and actually quite interesting for adults as well. Saw a bunch of weird fish didn't know existed. We were all happy we went.
