This is such a beautiful place to visit. Waterfalls and a dam to swim in. There are many hiking trails taking through the most amazing flora and fauna - all indigenous to the wonderful Cape. One of my favourites

We did the Noorhoek hike - amazing views - who would want to leave SA with hikes like this? We swam in the dam - there were families swimming, picnicking, chilling - lovely

We came as a family to enjoy a swim at the reservoir. In the end we walked to the cave. The reserve is extremely well kept and the path very well marked. What a pleasure

This is a crowd-pleaser: a beautiful place for a picnic - for small or larger groups - with great walks in all directions. There is safe parking and its a great day out.

On Saturday we took a drive to Fish Hoek and beyond. On the way back we decided to come home to Muizenberg via Oukaapseweg mountain pass. It is a quick way home because then you avoid all the seaside traffic below. I was surprised to...More

This is a nice nature area where people can go swimming in the lake, have a picnic in many areas and hike on several trails. We went there on the New Year's day and the swimming area was packed with day visitors. We took a...More
