The paddle cruiser is a two deck boat which takes you across the lagoon to the Heads at the end. You can have a meal or a snack and a drink while looking at the views. A guide gave some information as we went. The...More

Thank you for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed the leisure cruise on board the Paddle Cruiser. This vessel is definitely worth visiting as she is the only paddle vessel in South Africa and the cruise allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of...More

Unfortunately, due to bad weather we were unable to go for our booked cruise on the lagoon. However, we did partake of the delicious lunch which was also part of the deal. Very tasty oysters were served as the starter. These were followed by a...More

We took the lunch time cruise. The cruise is a slow drive towards the Knysna Heads. The service for drinks and food was extremely slow and the food was not that great. It is a nice relaxing trip.

We joined the paddle steamer (it's not really - it has two faux paddle wheels bolted on) for an evening cruise with a buffet dinner down Knysna lagoon and back. Boarding was relaxed and our table for two was reserved for us. The cruise is...More

Thank you for your comments Tony. We are so pleased you had good time! Just to correct you though, the vessel is a Paddle Cruiser and not a Steamer. The two wheels are definitely not faux. Although the boat does have in board motors (which...More

There is not much of a difference in the viewing during low and high tide. The trip goes out on the lagoon. So don’t worry about tides too much
