Lovely green space located just a couple of minutes walking from Tomar's Praca da Republica (Square). The lower formal gardens, accessed through the impressive Cerca's Entrance are an absolute delight to walk through. These gardens are worth a visit if you like to walk, or even just sit quietly. If you want to walk all the way round it takes about an hour, or you can just stroll through the middle of it. There are toilets just inside...More

Along with the castle and the convent this a must go. You will enjoy all around you and will have a great time there during a relaxed visit or just passing by. Definitely worth a visit

This is a pretty little park in the centre of Tomar and worth visiting if you are in town but don't go out of your way as it is not worth it. You can walk in the sun up the centre of the flower beds...More
