Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The national park is now privately owned and is truly awful. They charged 120 TL for the car, 360 TL for 2 sun loungers, if you want to buy one it's 240 TL, the sun lounger cushions are dirty, even the toilet costs extra and costs 10 TL, food and drink are also expensive, the changing rooms smell very bad. There is insufficient staff in the food and beverage area, you are trying to make your voice heard. Water is 10 TL, tea is 20 TL, the most basic snacks are 220 TL, meals are over 300 TL, for all these expenses, it is a dirty establishment, I will never come again, such a beautiful natural area has been murdered.

After covid there wasn't and entrance fee. The whole place is so full of garbage from the tourists and the turkish people.
Bottles, cigars, bags, napkins, rests of food. Is so sad and disgusting.
Tha water has a very nice color but you get deluded by all that garbage and pollution. I can't even immagine this place in high season.
Also, all the beach is covered by beds and umbrellas, so you can't walk and enjoy the beach

Do not believe that beautiful skywiew photos ..I stayed for an hour just to see if I could force myself to like it and of course I didnt walk all the way back to main area - Oludeniz .. If you have a car, good luck with the expensive parking lot and cover charge..
..Sunbeds are ridicolously close to each other.. like you re almost in the same bed with the others ..Not comfortable ..
..Too many noisy kids
..Horrible food with horrible prices..
..Its not a see .. there are no waves..Im totally ok with that but Im not ok with people peeing in the water..remember..there are no waves .. I hate so swim in the water heated up with the 100s of kids pee ..
.. I can tell you more but to make a long story short ..DONT F.....G GO THERE !!!

You feel the magnificence... Dark blue sea, shiny green trees, all are great. Swimming there is priceless... Everyone should see this.

Waste of time sunbeds too close together which is fine if you with your Partner but not fine if you do not know them.

I had visited Oludeniz many years back and then it was this untouched beautiful natural lagoon. Now many years after there are ugly restaurants run by rude staff who don't want to give you a table unless you eat lunch. Food quality is poor and service is bad. there are many sunbeds squeezed together in a small area and it definitely is not a pleasure. Stay in Belcekiz area you'll be much better off.

Oludeniz Milli Parki (a.k.a. Ölüdeniz Tabiat Parkı) protects most of the headlands and mountainsides surrounding the Blue Lagoon. The nature park was established in 1978 as a forest preserve, protecting the rich flora, Mediterranean forest, steep cliffs and seacoast in a natural state. There are some archaeological remains in the area, and the Lycian Way (an ancient 540 km footpath starting in Ölüdeniz) runs through it. However, the most popular part of the park is the area around the Blue Lagoon, where varying shades of turquoise water contrast with steep headlands. The main beach is on a narrow sand spit separating the lagoon from Ölüdeniz town and beach to the south. Unfortunately the beach park can be crowded with tourists (us!) during the warm months. The beach is wide (but pebbly) and the clear water is shallow, making it a safe place for children. Power boats are not allowed inside the lagoon, although kayaks, canoes and paddle-boats can be rented to explore the rocky shores of the inner lagoon. The clear water allows glimpses of small fish, sea horses, mussels (a mask and snorkel make this easier). Watching the sun set behind the headlands surrounding the lagoon makes a nice end to the day. Tourist facilities such as showers, toilets and cafes are available; umbrellas (15₺) and loungers (15₺) can be rented. Water shoes, sunscreen, lots of water, and a hat are recommended. Ölüdeniz Tabiat Parkı is open every day from 8am-8pm, with and entry fee of 7₺ (child half price); parking costs 7₺ for a bicycle and 25₺ for a car.

Nothing like the photos. Very busy completely heaving with Turkish local visitors taking up every bit of space, even putting sunbeds in the sea. The water also doesn’t seem very clean. You are better off staying on the main beach
