These guys are great. From the ease of booking online late the night before to a (very) late change in the number of guests coming to a custom tour and finally, some great local tips on where to eat, nothing was too much hassle.

Walking the streets of Montserrat allows us to imagine what Buenos
Aires may have looked like in the past: the Cabildo takes us back to the late 16th century, while the Palacio Barolo and the traditional cafés carry us to the early 20th. Nowadays, the neighbourhood is inundated every day by office workers, buses, and taxis; still, the cobblestones, narrow sidewalks, and subway stations from the 1910s remind us that we are surrounded by history everywhere we look.

Hi James I did a city tour with this company back in March and didn't use a tandem. I didn't notice if they had them but perhaps speaking with them directly they will be able to answer that question for you. I will add that it is a full day tour but there are lots of stops and a lunch break. It is a great way to see the city and there are dedicated cycle lanes which helps.
