We wanted a authentic tango and an authentic asado or churasco We were recommended to go to this show and had neither The food is OK, expensive and really nothing great or authentic , mass production The show is " cirque do soleil " and not authentic tango The singer spent 45 minutes asking people if they had a husband... I have been to a tango show in Buenos Aires years ago and it didn't even compare to this one. This was more like a broadway show and much more entertaining. The emotion shown by the singers and dancers was contagious and I couldn't help myself really feeling the song and dance as well. So much passion, such an amazing... More

I've attended this show 3 times in my life. First in 2003, second in 2006, and third in 2016. The 2 first times were a very nice experience, undoubtedly it was a great show with an excellent singer and skillful dancers. But the third time, 10 years after, was simply a touristic circus. The show has become really poor. It... More

For our big night out in Buenos Aires, we took the recommendation of friends we had met in Quito and booked VIP seats at Senor Tango. The theater was a half-hour cab ride from our apartment in Recoleta and on the edge of a sketchy part of town, but once inside we were almost instantly persuaded that we had made... More

Your typical tango show, albeit very well done, BUT, this is not "the real thing". Too big and impersonal. Good enough for tourists, but not for the local crowd whom know better. Save your bucks and go to La Cumparsita, much much much better!

The waiters need a good trashing and intensive training in basic common courtesy! I took 1 photo and was warned not to do it, but other diners were clicking happily and the waiters didnt do nor say anything to them!! So i got up and left before the food was served..it was the best decision i made..thanks for the bad... More

The place looks amazing, food is really good and the show is said to be the best in Buenos Aires, which is probably true, given the fact that you will see amazing singing, dancing and stage production. 12 dancers, 2 singers, 7-piece live orchestra, and 2 horses on stage right on the opening act. Dinner was a good 3-course meal,... More

I just really did not like this place. The furniture and space are old, they use horses during the presentation, it takes more than two hours!

I will start by saying this was my 4 time seeing this show and without a doubt it was the best! The have made a lot of changes I would say all for the better. The music, dancers, singers, stages and everything else I could think of was outstanding. We paid about 120 usd per person, but this included transportation... More

The show is not an authentic tango show, but is very well prepared and organized. A lot of dancers and singers in a 2 hour show. I loved the way they show the tango dancing showing patriotism and love for the country.
