Beautiful Spanish tile offers a trip back in time!

Enjoy this sunny plaza for a relaxing break to a sightseeing day in Mendoza! Colorful tile work and traditional black iron lights create a fairytale atmosphere.

It is easy to visit all the 5 main plazas in central Mendoza, but this was definitely our favourite. The tiles are absolutely beautiful and it's a great shady spot to have a sit down on a hot day - worth seeking it out.

A grey place to stop, soak in the sun and people watch. There's plent type to read at this little park that pays tribute to Argentina's colonial past. The benches are reminiscent of Gaudi's park Guell in Barcelona. It's in need of a bit of upkeep but a neat park and I'm glad we saw it

Nice to talk a walk and drink some coffee in the places near by. Small but cute, if you are in the city you should take a walk there.

This plaza is OK. It's not a Must. Not like plaza Independencia. Plaza Espana need update. It's interesting just for a touch and go...

Very nice weather for our trip to the park with the El Torreon Hotel close by. The park is large and clean.

One of the four main thematic squares in Mendoza, it has architectural elements of Spain, celebrating the relationship of both countries

If you thhink that you have seen one Plaza too many - then you will miss out on strolling through this little gem. Beautifully crafted by craftsmen form Spain, it still maintains its lovely mosaic work on the benches and fountain. And one wall depicts scenes from history.

A lovely plaza in Mendoza, you could spend all day photographing the mosaic tiles and flooring. A great place to sit, relax and do nothing !
