Luxurious and beautiful - but at a price for sure. Each room is a spacious villa with numerous amenities. Peaceful and relaxing is the best way to describe. Fabulous shower, patio, good bedding, nespresso machine, free daily treats, breakfast in your room, bathrobes, etc. Great place to unwind. Also a beautiful pool area and great restaurant. The staff attends to... More

We were in Mendoza for almost a week and wanted to see something more than the wineries around the city. We decided to rent a car and head to the The Vines of Mendoza, it was an hour and a half drive from Centro Mendoza to the town. That's where it got rough for us, we've been to many wine... More

As with any well organised operation, things just seem to run smoothly without much apparent effort. The levels or service here are exceedingly high but never over-bearing. The villa for our stay was exceptional, with jacuzzi, fire pit and roof terrace. Very private and quiet. Bar cocktails are good, but more investment needed in ingredients to make for a wider... Wow- so impressed with this hotel. The front desk and concierges are unbelievably helpful, the grounds and rooms are spectacular, all staff are attentive and superbly trained! The restaurant is an experience and the dinners are so fantastic. Breakfast could open up a bit earlier and soy or almond milk in rooms would make a great alternative to the milk... More

What a spectacular place! We arrived late, half an hour past midnight, to be exact, and were greeted by the property manager with glasses of champagne and cool towels before being escorted to our well-appointed villas, where a "light dinner" of delicious tenderloin sandwiches, salads and bottles of wine awaited us. Having arrived in the dark, we were blown away... More

The hotel is indescribably beautiful with mountain and vineyard views that could never get old. Luxurious rooms had every amenity possible kitchen, fireplace, living room, roof top deck for star gazing, large bathrooms that has a door to your private outside Jacuzzi, comfy beds with high quality linens. Resident friendly foxes that seem more like pets roam the property. Ask... More

An amazing resort of only 21 villas spread over a large are with a main reception, bar & restaurant and with the Andes Mountains as a backdrop. Home to Francis Mallman's Siete Fuegos restaurant where we had the multiple course experience dinner with wine pairing. Fabulous pool, hot tub and a gym building with the best view!

The food at Siete Fuegos was excellent. The empanadas were probably the best I have had in a while, and the personnel was very nice. However, for this region of Mendoza wine country, it was very disappointing to see them serve the most expensive red wine by the glass on the list at room temperature (and believe me, it was... Upon getting into our room, we immediately realized that we inadvertently picked up the wrong luggage in Buenos Aires! A very disconcerting way to start any vacation. But all we had to do, was to hand over our claim ticket, the rightful owner's ID information attached to the luggage and VERONICA VIDAL, the hotel manager, took everything into her hands... More

Like so many people in the UK my husband and I watched the BBC John Torode film about eating at Siete Fuegos. We came all the way from Scotland to experience the seven fires BBQ. When we arrived we were told that it only took place on a Saturday, sometimes twice a week in peak season . There is absolutely... More
