This little are has a great story to tell as well as setting high above to point look out overseeing the river Iguazu and Parana river standing at the obelisk dividing Argentina, Brazil & Paraguay. Watching the sunset... AWESOME...

It's very relaxing to walk about the point of three frontiers. But the view is not very spectacular, just two big rivers merging into one. After dark there is a show with the water fountains. That was very unexpected, with lights, music and projectors the illusion of dancing couples was created. Much fun to look at.

It wasn't what I expected, but it was worth seeing! I thought there was a spot where we could stand and be touching all three countries (like four corners in the U.S.). No, just a viewpoint where you can see the two rivers and see Brazil and Paraguay while standing in Argentina. There are also street vendors. I think we... More

Not far out of town there is a good viewpoint to see where the rivers meet and three different countries also meet. Some nights they light up the fountain for a short while and locals cook food and a small street market occurs.

There is a nice view of the two rivers (Parana and Iguazu) plus you get to see Brazil and Paraguay from the Argentine area. Good to do some walking, because there is not much to do in Puerto Iguazu.

There are two ways to the viewpoint.Nice view of the three borders. 20 minutes are enough. There are some souvenir shops.

A few tourist shops surround the marker. It's interesting to contemplate the geography but there really isn't anything amazing to see.

We took a cab down to see Brazil Paraguay and Argentina borders. It was beautiful scenic place with shops and souvenirs. If you're in Iguazu why not go and say you did it!

Not lying - there is a hologram show at night.... seemed to be going on every half hour. It uses the spray of fountains as a mist to project holograms on - quite cool actually! Attracted a lot of locals and tourists alike.... you can also see the Brazilian side doing a water show as well!

Our hotel was only 1.8 miles from this location, so we walked here before dinner. It is on a major street so sidewalks are easy to find. The obvious draw is to see the intersection of 3 countries. There are shops at this location and water is available for purchase. There is a small park established there. Not much more... More
