Played this one on a nice cloudy morning. In my quest to play a new Phoenix area course every week, I hit Augusta Ranch up. I was expecting a whole golf course, but..... Their back 9 was closed for seeding, so I played the front 9 twice. I then found out after a few holes that this course was a... More

We golfed here on a Saturday using a groupon. The course was very busy. Still staff was friendly and efficient getting us on the course. This is an executive course with a couple longer holes. It meanders around through neighborhoods and is a great place to practice your short game! We had fun here!

I personally do not play golf. I know how it's played, scored, etc., but have just never been comfortable with how you hold the club. However, I went to Augusta Ranch with my family so that they could play. I drove one of the carts. The course is very nice and amazing how it wraps around and through the neighborhood.... More

This particular 61 (back tees) is a good challenge and practise for your short and medium clubs. It will cost you a sleeve of balls if you are not paying attention. It is worth your time. The course is in good shape. The greens have been punched and sanded and are within a week or two of being great. They... More

Touted as Arizona's most highly rated executive golf course - don't mistake "executive" for "easy" - even the shorter holes are challenging surrounded by bunkers and greens with multiple levels and slope. Typically the course is very well maintained and is ideal when you have a mixed group of players - boys want to take out the driver all the... More

Chef outdoes himself every time! Now that they serve alcohol, it's more entertaining to be there. It's especially nice to eat outside and watch the golfers tee off on #9 and then putt in front of you across a little lake. Love that place.

The green fees vary depending on time of day, year and how busy the course is. What a great idea. We found the greens to be reasonably fast and in pretty good shape. Each hole has it's challenges but won't beat you up. The for and beverage has been taken over by new management and will offer more variety. Certainly... More

A short, easy to walk course. Went with a group of 8. Started with breakfast that was excellent. The patio is nice and the staff was fabulous. We would recommend this restaurant - easy to visit in this setting as well.

Nice little layout, but there are tight lies everywhere and the greens are bumpy. 45 bucks includes a cart which seems about 15 bucks too much. It's mid-winter now, so maybe in the Spring the conditions will improve; it's worth another look then.
