We drove to mirador de bandurrias for a short family outing, then walked to las islitas. The walk is easy for all ages and the air is really pure... the destinations really worth it!

This trail is steep and takes 30 minutes to top. Great views. Trail continues to a beach another hour away downhill. But remember you have to walk back also. Worth it but not easy walk.

A short hike uphill brings you to spots were you have a beautiful view on San Martin and Lago Lacar. If you don’t want to walk: you can go up by car/bus.

Nice place to trekking in the middle of the forest and contemplate San Martin de los Andes and the Lake Lacar. There is a Mapuche´s community there!

No tendría porque haber inconvenientes, los caminos son de ripio y bien mantenido, pero por las dudas consultar en turismo o guardabosques. Suerte buena elección.
