We visited Cerro Bayo second week of September and we loved it. The staff, the rental team, the instructors (our little girl is in love with both of them), El Oso resto, the slopes and the views are amazing. If you want to ski and you travel with kids the only con is the everyday trip from the cabin to... More

Upper slopes were opened after several days of closures. Result: brand new powder that made for great skiing! Lower portions of the hill had little accumulations and snow was a little slushy. Most positive part was the fact that it was empty and there were no lineups for the lifts. Snowtubing was closed for lack of efficiency in cleaning the... More

It self entittles "ski boutique", but it seems due to the size of the ski center. "Boutique" could also mean attentive and good service as well. Unfortunately it is not the case. It is not cheap, badly signposted and the restaurants are horribles (bad accomodations and food). If you want to enjoy the day with your familly (not skying) there... More

Very much enjoyed taking the ski lift in summer to the peak for truly spectacular views. Even in summer, recommend warm clothing since temperatures at the peak are significantly colder than at the lift off point. And there is a short and beautiful hike to a waterfall part way up the road to Cerro Bayo.

We were very eager to make this visit but actually when we got there is all ver "industrialized", you get to the base by car and then to mid mountain by lift, we wanted to make a trek but it is practically impossible since it is very windy and there are no trees around.

We experienced great snow at the top, slush in the middle and bear slopes at the bottom. Other than the gondola run from the top, runs are relatively short. No extreme skiing or double blacks. Good number of eating places on the slopes thou relatively expensive. People are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Grooming was nearly adequate compared to US... More

if your intention is to see a beautiful landscape the place is beautiful, but the disorganization of the place is huge. almost two hours in the queue for each lift, unprepared staff to guide correctly. I won´t back to skiing at Cerro Bayo never more

This small ski station is via an interesting drive. We did not go there to ski but just to enjoy the views!

It is a nice place, specially if you go with your familiy. The snow is very hard under 1600 mts. but there is space for freeride. I recommend Ona Hotel is small, as a boutique hotel, cheap and simple.
