We selected an afternoon sail cruise with Pablo (captain) and William (first mate) in early February on a spectacular nice low wind sunny afternoon. Pablo clearly loves sailing and taking you all around the lake. There were five passengers on the sail we were on. Both Pablo and William explained all the sights and some of the history of the... Except for one guide, the others were rude, unapproachable and unhelpful. Give this boat company a miss if you can. Cau Cau is much better

The tour Guides seemed very friendly and experienced but did not speak English. Only spoke English to give instructions about the schedule of the boats but didn't translate any of the information about the landscape, history of the place, types of vegetation species they gave in Spanish. This information is not given neither by recordings or brochures. So if you... More

Really amazing scenery. Very comfortable seating. Just seemed really expensive and they want you to add on tours at every stop. Also they would not pick us up at our hotel cuz so we had to had to pay for a remis to take us two kilometers. They ended up not sending a bus but sending a remis to get... More

We had a great boat tour of two lakes and waterfall with Eduardo. First we got nervous because of reviews we read online , not to be able to communicate. However we were very lucky. Eduardo spoke very good English and he made sure to gave us all attention we need it. The access to waterfall require climbing 800 stairs.... More

Did the boat/bus trip from Bariloche to Puerto Varas a month ago. Scenery is indeed outstanding, many photo opportunities. I used Cruce Andino and must say that it was poorly organized. There's no clear communication (a lot of talking though) and everything was a bit chaotic. Partly because a large group from Israel made the trip for other passengers a... More

My wife and I were paying passengers on your 10:30 AM trip to the Myrtle Forest and Victoria Island on Tuesday, February 23, 2016. We were extremely disappointed with the overall level of service. First, the cabin of the cruise boat was too heavily perfumed and both of us could barely wait to breathe the outdoor air. Secondly, all of... More

The company's website is not particularly user-friendly... get past it!!!! The scenery is absolutely breathtaking and well worth the effort of the website or going through a travel agent to book it.
