It's located 20km from the center of the city. It's a 27km route that you can make it by bus, car or rent a bike (up-downhill route). It's great to just go through the route, but there are many things to visit around: Punto Panorámico, Mirador Brazo Tristeza (20min walking), Mirador Moreno, Cerro Llao Llao, Villa Tacul, Colonia Suiza... And... More

Beautiful views of lakes Nahuel Huapi and Moreno. Stop at the gorgeous hotel Llao-Llao for tea. This is a half a day tour by car. Stop for lunch at Patagonia Brewery near Punto Panoramico, spectacular views. No reason why they call this area the Argentinian Swiss Alps.

We rented bikes and completed the circuit over the course of 6 hours. The views were spectacular. Biking: The rental bikes do not have great gears which makes this ride challenging. We ended up walking our bikes up most hills.

We are not hardcore hikers so we decided to take the easy route (2.5 hours there and back) to enjoy the scenery by the Lake Moreno. The hike was easy, not too much uphills that we loved :) however most of the view got blocked by the trees and wood so we didn't see much of the lake... only 2... More

Nice activity for a day. Lots of places to stop and enjoy the scenery. Bring your own lunch, not many places on the way to sit down, and those who are, can be expensive.

A great sightseeing drive that offer plenty of hiking opportunities. The hike we enjoyed most included one through an Arrayanes tree grove and was located from a trailhead that began at a sizeable manned (in an information booth) parking lot just west (northwest?) of the Llao Llao resort hotel. Also, don't miss the opportunity to catch the views from the... More

Panoramic scenery from the top. It was cold and biting wind when we were there. Go early to avoid the crowds!

We did this a bit DIY, and probably missed some of the highlights that would be covered on the tours. Overall, driving this route gives a great flavor of the beauty of this area. Make sure you stop and get out to explore along the way.

Nice route and views, is a good half a day activity but nothing really impressive. We did it by bicycle and took us 2.5 hours (to be honest it was a bit tough even though we are relatively fit and came to Patagonia to hike in chalten and Torres del Paine). Maybe if you do also some short hikes in... More
