We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not a tour to be made with kids. Mine are 12 and 9. Lousy meal, unprepared staff, no safety and in my case, it was too cold, -9, my son started to have a fever and feeling sick. No help offered we had to wait for more than 3 hours to go back. The price, an outrage! Almost 300 dollars for fiasco trip!

I went with a tour group, and halfway there we got into these off-road vehicles which took us through the hills and into the woods. The location if great for an afternoon of sledding and hiking! You can also have lunch with the people who run the cabin.

The hike on its way to Refúgio Neumeyer may be the best mountain hike near Bariloche. The trail climbs slowly up the mountain's east face, with fine views to the trees and the valley. Once on the ridge there are several overlooks with expansive views. Amazing.
