What a gorgeous scene. Blue clear water, white sand & so warm. The sea was beckoning for us to go out for a swim, the water was warm, we frolicked & enjoyed the day. We paid $50. Tala to use a beach fale & utilised the bar while we stayed for the day. Had such a great time. I have... More

Lovely beach with amazingly clear waters. I was expecting the area to be built up with resorts however there is only a cluster of beach fales and the rest is just sand. Had a lovely meal at the first hotel there. Then we parked the car and rented out a fale. Costed $50tala to park and for the fale.

Beautiful beach!! White sand, crystal blue water and sunshine - what more can u ask for?! My husband and I planned to spend about 2hrs at this beach for lunch and relax a bit before we head to our next sightseeing spot - we fell in love with this beach and ended up staying there for the whole afternoon!!! We... More

You can still see where the area is recovering from the earthquakes a few years back and you can see why there was so much devastation following the tsunami. There is a wee restaurant on the beach and they sell the best fish and chips (our local guide was right!). Beautiful beach with stunningly clear waters.

On your trip to Samoa, don't miss this beach. Its still relatively untouched by tourism (but you will need to pay the locals for its use (only a few tala - couple of dollars). The sand is perfect, the water warm and clear. Not much waves as it is sheltered by the reef and plenty of sea life if you... More

We have stayed on Lalomanu Beach 4 times in the past. The beach is amazing, warm water, white sand and wonderful snorkeling. On our first experience at this beach we had driven down from Apia for lunch and a look as we were booked in elsewhere for that night. We just couldn't leave as we were captivated by the beach... My family and I happened to stop for lunch at Taufua Cafe and ended up going for a swim at the beach. The sand is beautiful, the water crystal clear, and the snorkeling some of the best right off the beach. Parallel to the cafe, we saw the best range of corals, variety and size of fish, and other marine... More

Have a beer on the beach or in your private fa'le, have some local food in one off the small restaurants where the kindest local people serve you. With the ocean at your feet and spectacular views. This place is awesome as are its people.
