This Park is a do not miss. The displays are super and flanked by the desert to add authenticity. The gift shop has just enough and clean.

I had a foot injury and was uncertain about walking around but there are electric scooters for rent at $30 (cheaper than our airfare). We really enjoyed seeing all the different kinds of plants found in a desert. Lots of birds. Very friendly staff told us that this is on the birds' migratory route. We saw a woodpecker fly into... You will be very glad you took in this attraction. It is very well planned, designed and maintained and there are really helpful docents who give short but captivating tours. The tours are fairly short and do not cover the whole garden but leave you to find another tour in a different area or to just wander around and take... More

This was our second time here in 3 years. Have enjoyed it both times. Peaceful, educational strolls through the 'desert'. Staff helpful and very friendly.

The luminaries were beautiful. This is a must see event! There are thousands of lights, and coupled with the beautiful desert plants it is good for the soul.

My husband and I visited the Desert Botanical Garden during our winter vacation. Oh my! It is a beautiful place and it is obvious that much planning and effort were necessary in making this beautiful property possible. The tour involved a great deal of walking; however, I saw several guests in wheelchairs and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. The... More

a beautiful desert garden with much to see. Take the tour. Our guide Sonny was awesome! Very knowledgeable and funny! then stroll around on your own. I'm sure the Spring and Summer are prettier times to see the plants in bloom but this was still nice. Also visit the gift shop..lots of cool things!

My boys say they are too old to go now but we went last year for my son that just turned 5 at that time and went to the butterfly exhibit and they had an absolute blast they talk about it for weeks after we go. It has always been something great to see.

We enjoyed this somewhat and I liked learning the names of some of the cactus that we'd already seen while hiking in the area, however I would have enjoyed it a lot more if it had been about half the price. For the two of us it was $44. Lastly, on the day we were there, preparations were going on... More
