The Desert Botanical Garden has an amazing amount of cactus and other plants. The trails are easy and the atmosphere relaxing. A definite must see!

As a visitor unfamiliar with the desert flora this was so very interesting and informative. The gardens are well laid out with lots of options for every energy level and accessibility need. The docents are fantastic as is all the signage. There are many places to sit and relax and the scenery is breathtaking.

To be honest it was pretty boring! It would probably be a cool place if you like plants and take pictures of plants. $20/per person was a little high for a 30 min walk through of the garden. Not our thing

This is a must see if you are visiting from out of state. It is expensive to get in and if you go during a special event, crowds are large and difficult to maneuver through due to dirt paths that can be narrow. Food at the restaurant, Gertrud's, is excellent but very expensive! The best time to visit is during... More

This is an all time favorite for me and the family. It is a favorite for anyone living or visiting the valley. Membership has its privileges that can be enjoyed throughout the year with very good dining spots.

This is a must see when in Phoenix. Has an amazing array of desert plant life in many different exhibits. A wonderful way to spend at least half a day.

This is a Must-See attraction if you are visiting the Phoenix area. Beautifully landscaped, special events, and an array of vegetation from the Sonoran Desert and beyond, this garden is truly exceptional. Plan to spend several hours at the garden, wear plenty of sunscreen and a hat. There is a very nice restaurant, Gertrude's as well as a more informal... More

Wonderful & interesting place to visit. Don't forget to notice the marvelous Chihuly glass sculptures as you come to the entrance.
