Campus is currently closed to Visitors due to COVID. Fittings only being done at golf shops. Ping representative was very apologetic while on the phone. (2/8/2021)

You build an intimacy with the culture and personal care of the leadership and the employees when it comes to manufacturing PING golf clubs. The vault was a fantastic privilege.

We love learning more about products still being made in the USA. This factory tour was easy to book; call +1 800-474-6434. They ask that you arrive to the complex at 2201 W Desert Cove Ave, Phoenix 85029 at least 15 minutes before the tour begins to get signed in and hear about the safety requirements. Wear closed toed shoes and be prepared to be standing/walking for about 2 hours. Our guide Ryan was full of information and pride in the company, we could tell he really believes in the product they create here. The tour starts with a short chat about the company followed by a video about the history of Karsten Solheim and his wife Louise’s hard work and determination to use engineering to create better golf equipment. You get to walk through the production floor seeing all the clubs/putters being assembled. Learn more about the milling shop and the equipment used to create heads of putters as well as see the golf bag assembly process. We ended our tour with a visit to the driving range were we caught a glimpse of Ping Man’s ball flight and got end the tour in the golden club room. Tips: Fittings are not a part of this tour - you will need to book that separately. You can bring water on the tour but they ask you do not bring bags/purses. You will be wearing safety glasses during the tour for your protection. When using the address you will come to a parking lot behind a white fence and walk in the front office (up the ramp) to check in. We are fellow travelers and have always appreciated when people write reviews about their experiences so we can make informed decisions on what we should do while traveling. Even a non golfer will enjoy seeing behinds the scenes of this legendary company. Guide gave us lots of interesting facts about how it started & the people behind this brand of golf clubs. Many staffers have been there in excess of 20 years, so obviously a good company to work with. Highlight for sure was the vault! Lots of walking - no golf carts, but well worth the 1.5hours.

If you like golf this tour is a must. A completely free 2 hour tour of the Ping Factory showing different stages of club production. Highlight was the vault where they keep all the gold putters. There is no custom fit of clubs included in the tour unless you have booked one. Our guide was Brittany who was very knowledgable on all aspects of the company.
