As a first-time mountain biker, Jennifer (the owner), was incredibly helpful to me and my family. She made sure we had the right bike for our experience and height (without upselling), she gave us a number of tips and led us to the beginning of the trail. She was available and responsive the entire time. There were different trails for different levels of experience. I will be renting again next time I am in Phoenix.…

I rode by myself in the south mountain area . Rented the bike at the resort and then only had to ride it a short while down the road to get to the parking area. Great trail map and recommendations. Bike was great . Populated area for a woman biking herself . Great end to a work conference . …

Review is for rental only. Rented a full suspension Kona mtn bike that was in great condition and clearly well maintained. Bike was perfectly dialed in for me in advance. Got all the extras I needed (MIPS helmet, tools, pump etc.) and great ride suggestions. Super friendly and very flexible when it came to pick up / drop off times. Cannot ask for more. Will be back!!…

Rode Pima Canyon Saturday group of 4. Trails were great, customer service very friendly - provided us with lots of water & lent us backpack. We had booked for 8:30 (we arrived 8:45am) & bikes were not ready to go, did not get on trails until 10am so was hotter temps. Bikes were good, helmets were amazing comfort. …
