I booked my granddaughters birthday party here . I booked over a month in advance and asked for the end lanes which have a ramp near it and great for what our group needed. It was stated that my granddaughter has special needs and uses a wheelchair. Without warning or notice, we were moved to 2 lanes in the middle on the day of the party.. We had to use the far ramp , trying to maneuver around everyone’s else’s stuff with a wheel chair, very stressful! We were moved because of league play. This was NOT a cheap birthday party ! It was very disappointing and we won’t be going here anytime soon. If you aren’t part of a league don’t bother. If you are handicapped also don’t bother !

My husband and I have gone here twice in the past few years and it’s always horrible. Recently, I purchased a Groupon for 2 hours for 2 people. The rules state that you make a reservation and use before 7 pm on a Friday. To be fair we showed up without realizing we needed a reservation. It was 4:45 pm on a Friday and there was literally 4 cars in the parking lot. We decided to ask since it was slow if we could still use our deal at that time. The man, Scott, running the front desk was very condescending and acted like it was such a huge inconvenience. He lectured us that we had to use the deal before 7 pm on a Friday... Clearly we were using it before then as it was 2 hours before turning 7. He then went on to brag about there many leagues that play at the alley regularly and it was inconsiderate of us to be there. We turned around and left. We didn’t feel like being there if right off the bat they were treating us poorly. There was LITERALLY next to no one in the alley and there was only two of us. We specifically got there early to beat the crowds on a Friday night. As someone who has run multiple businesses, it was shocking that we should be treated so rudely for simply trying to give our business to a local place. My husband called later and let Scott know that we had left and he could free up our lane, because he was so negative. Scott said, “Well I’m having bad allergies today”... Really? Needless to say, we would never go here again.

Cool place to hang out with the nephews and chillax during the summer. The prices are average, the place is big but they don't have music videos like in other bowling allies.

Bought two groupons and called to book but was told no need just come in on a Saturday day time was ok. Came with 11 and was told that was not correct and the female desk clerk said no lanes available. I argued but she didn't care. Finally Juan said he would work us in and did in about 20 minutes. He was very friendly and an asset to this business as I would have given a bad review otherwise. Lanes were in good shape but had to reset lane 25 several times as it did not set up a full rack. Beer was $12 A bucket of 4 and we had a few. So the Groupon was an outstanding deal if you can get it but Make Reservations no matter what they say. Nice and cool inside, plenty of seating, popcorn, pitchers of soda, food, good times!

We went to Let it Roll's Saturday night bowl with a group of friends, all of us visiting Phoenix. We had such a blast! The prices were incredibly reasonable, both for bowling and the drinks, they had a photobooth, games that were hilarious, and the bowling was unlimited so there wasn't any pressure to give up our lane at a certain time. Wish we lived here because it was so much fun!
