Do not use this company: SuperShuttle/McCormick Transportation. Here is what will happen if you have an issue w/ SuperShuttle/McCormick Transporation: 1) they don't answer the phone; 2) when they call you back, they give you major attitude and are totally unreasonable; 3) YOU WILL GET OVERCHARGED. I'm talking $100 for a 20 minute ride. It's insane. Download a rideshare app and simply your life, folks. I ordered a shuttle from the west side to the airport for my daughter and I, thinking that this would be the safest choice. I reserved it online, but I made an error when selecting the time. I asked for the time I wanted to be picked up, not the time of the flight. The website never gives you an exact time for pickup, so I didn't catch the error. Furthermore, the site does not allow you to cancel if it is within 24 hours. You have to call, and I did not get an answer (any of the times I that called that day, actually). I completely understand terms of service and the error I made. I do not, however, think it is reasonable to charge the ENTIRE amount for a ride that was never serviced. It is also not reasonable to allow online booking but not allow a simple time change. When the driver arrived, I was surprised and said that to my knowledge my pick up time was 11. He said he had 830 am. Then he said he would talk to his supervisor/call center and he left. I had NO IDEA I WOULDN'T HAVE SOMEONE THERE AT 11. It wasn't until I was waiting for the ride that I got a text message that no one would be there. Unreal. Luckily Lyft got us where we needed to go. I had hoped, after my less than pleasant phone conversation with a McCormick person that we could meet in the middle and that I would not be charged the full amount. Wrong. They charged my card. They never sent me a receipt or anything. This also included a tip for a ride that I never received.

This was always our trip to/from Sky Harbor but they have ended their service, which is very sad. According to the news they couldn't compete with ride share companies. Too bad.

We arrived a Sat nite, 8pm. Waited over 2 hours, never assigned a vehicle. A driver told us nobody likes evening service and we probably couldn't get a ride. Went into terminal where at least 10 people were also still waiting. Canceled our ride, got an Uber right away. Still after 5 months NO CREDIT OR REFUND on our card!! Better Business is next.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Always trustworthy and arrives when promised. So disappointed that they are no longer going to be in service. No we only have very iffy Uber/Lyft to use. They don't have to go through airport training or TSA training. So can we really trust them. SuperShuttle and taxi drivers are certified by TSA and the airport. Can't say that about their competition. Not sure how one will get to airport and home now.
