canoe and kayak rentals available. Fishing permitted. No swimming allowed. Even on windy days one can still easily paddle around the lake.

A small and fun playground, plenty of bathroom facilities, lots of picnic tables in sun or shade, and several benches around the pathways. We didn’t fish, but there were several people taking advantage! The paths are of varying types, and there are lots of lizards...More

What a beautiful lake surrounded by beautiful pines. We came here to wet some line but it was just to breezy so we just explored the area.

We hiked back to the lake in the afternoon in mid February. It was about 8 miles round trip. It was a scenic hike with a few mountain bikes but no other hikers on it. It was moderately strenuous. It took us about 4 hours...More

We went hiking around this lake. The lake is very pretty and shady. Goldwater Lake trail #396 from S. Senator Hwy 6 to Banning Creek & back-by upper & lower Goldwater lakes. For me, this was 17, 202 steps, and 7.48 miles, an intermediate hike....More
