Took our son here for his 4th birthday and for Christmas lights celebration. He is a Thomas the Steam Engine fan and absolutely loved this park. If you have a train loving toddler also, be ready to spend some serious cash at the gift shop. Tickets for the park itself are very affordable and they have free parking. If you... More

For two adults, zzzzzzzzzzz. The good part was that it was very inexpensive! We were expecting to see several old trains and more of a substantial museum. The one small part that was worth our time was the train car that old presidents rode on. It was small, but showed a couple of sleeper rooms and that was cool. Other... More

We used to live close by and this is a terrific place to spend the day with your kids, especially if they are young.

We loved this park so much we went back again. There is an excellent playground suitable for both little and bigger kids, a model train display, and a train museum. There is also a train ride around the park and a carousel. Tickets for the museum and rides are super cheap, and there is also an all day pass available... More

We went with extended family to visit the Rail Road park. It was a beautiful day which certainly added to the experience. The entire place is family, if not especially children, friendly. Most of the children were in the 2 to 10 year old range, but there's plenty to delight people of all ages. There was a long wait for... More

Great place to go for anyone who shares a fondness of trains. Reasonable prices to ride the rides ($2) or go through the museam. Overall, the park is beatiful; and there is a lot to see. The volunteers & staff are very kind and helpfull !!

The perfect place for a family outing. Ride the train, check out the model railroad exhibit, ride the carousel and then let the kids play in the park as you relax and read a book or DO NOTHING! The offer reasonable priced lunch items and snacks as well. You will not want to miss a stop in the ice cream... More

Went during Christmas. At night the park is all lit up with colorful lights and the train ride goes through several holiday displays. Kids had a blast. Has a nice play area for the kids. Has a carousel and a great model train display. The carousel and train ride is $2 per ride per person. Food is available at the... More

This is one of the Holiday hotspots to visit if you love trains and Christmas lights. You can ride on a small train through a park filled with lights for a small fee or just walk around and enjoy the hustle and bustle.
