Interesting tour of an icon school. You come away understanding how driven Frank Loyd Wright was. He had students build the school. It was larger that I had visioned and is still a working school. Great view of Phoenix from the school.

Reserved a 90-minute guided tour of Frank Lloyd Wright’s stunning Taliesin West. Guide delivered a superb, in-depth tour of Taliesin’s design and Wright’s architectural philosophy. Would highly recommend to any fan of Wright visiting the Phoenix area.

What a great place to go for the day. The wonders at this place never stop. How did he come up with these ideas so long ago. If you’re in Scottsdale for a few days make sure and put this on your list.

The site continues as a small architectural school and students live on campus. Intersting history of Frank Lloyd Wright. Beautiful vista views. Everyone must take the tour, no walking around by yourself. Not a lot of time to take any pictures, since they keep you...More

This 3 hour tour is limited to 18 people, runs at 9:15 am and is a reservation only event. The information and the detail you learn about Mr. Wright and family is extensive and well worth ones time.

Deidre H. was an excellent tour guide. She was very informative, had a good sense of humor, and included interesting details about the ranch, the people who lived there and the current school.

I do not believe you can tour the outside grounds on your own, but you can visit the gift shop and café without buying a tour ticket.
