I visited here in May. The weather was very warm, but the water was cold … coming from the mountain and all. It was very busy here, but definitely a pretty sight. I'll absolutely visit again when its hotter in the middle of summer.

Bring comfy or hiking shoes, a lot of good angles for photography. There is a trail which I did not walk. Unfortunately, the lower part next to the river is not accessible for wheelchairs, it is about two flights of stairs. Note walking along the...More

Beautiful place, water was cold, but there were still brave souls still wading and jumping into the deep spots. Parking lot was about 1/2 full, unlike summer months when everything is packed. Great drive there from Sedona, AZ and the only real traffic was the...More

Being so close to Sedona, we were kind of disappointed in this SP. 2 of the 3 bridges had washed out and the hike to the highest vantage point was nice but the view a disappointment because most of the park is surrounded on its...More

Beautiful place. Used to come here as a teenager and spend the day. Still Lois the same. 10 fee to get in. Large parking lot with picnic tables and rest rooms.

We were there at the end of October. It was 70 degrees , but here we're still a few hardy souls in the crystal clear, icy water. It is worth a visit even if you don't go into the water. You can walk by the...More

This is pretty cool swim spot. Really disappointed I didn't get to do a slide. The water was way to cold for me that day.

It was cold and wet when we visited but we did manage to have a picnic lunch and stay dry. The park/river/slides are really beautiful. As the weather was bad we didn't go too far into the park but certainly were very impressed with the...More

Probably mild enough to visit but likely too cold for swimming. I was there in late November and it snowed just north in flagstaff and we had coats and scarfs in Sedona.

I had a regular two piece bathing suit and no issues. Slipping and falling is definitely more of a concern. Water shoes will help.
