Enjoyed an Old Fashion. However, when we tried the 4 Sampler we were shocked by how little booze they put into each glass. NOT worth it. $14 for a few drops each.

Looking for something to do while our niece was visiting us we decided this might be interesting. Our niece made the reservation which is required for the tour. During the tour, we found out this is a fledgling business which even made it more interesting. Our tour guide knew his stuff or he did a good job of bluffing his way through, no he knows the process for distilling spirits. After the tour, you are invited to taste their products, found them very good so had to purchase a few bottles. It really was an enjoyable afternoon and you also have the opportunity to meet some nice folks taking the same tour.…

Tour was informative, I was surprised how small an operation this is. It’s very low key, but it is a nice way to kill an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Their bourbon is actually very good. Just don’t go expecting a large production or a big place

A much needed addition to the Tempe scene; a great place to grab a cocktail, listen to music and enjoy good company. Perfect for a pre/post-dinner drink, date night, business travel or catching up with friends. Their kitchen isn’t open yet is it’s bring your own food which being next to Perfect Pear leaves a great option. The owners are very knowledgeable and welcoming. I am a whiskey snob and don't like gin, however, I loved everything that is being made here. I wish I could get this stuff at home. Great people to chat with, very knowledgeable.
