Quite a long drive along straight uninteresting road and not a lot when you get there. May be there is fishing. If you don.t have a specific reason to go give it a miss.

We were camped at the Yuma Lake RV resort on the Northeast so we were close. Signs took us to the park but nothing to get excited about. Locals use the boat lunch but nothing else unless you want to fish.

We have visited there several times and nice to see the birds and Mitry Lake is very nice,but unfortunately the grasses are taken over a lot of the lake.

A nice area to visit a the day of exploring. Not really kept up as a park area and a lot of unmarked roads that go no where. Mitry Lake is nearby with washrooms and a small boat launch.

This used to be an overvegetated, trashy area on the beautiful Colorado River. Now it is a very nice day-use area with picnic tables and a deck overlooking the water.
