    Welcoming
I visited here with friends for afternoon tea which was absolutely delicious. The Railway is beautiful, we live locally and had never been before. Lots of parking available, all level access inside the railway. We will be back again soon!

All aboard for a wonderful afternoon tea and train journey
A superb day out today for 10 of our family members...a wonderful afternoon tea followed by the great Santa Express. Absolutely superb afternoon out and all the staff, wether they be in the Sidings Cafe, on the platform or on the train were so friendly, helpful and nothing was too much to ask for. Highly recommended even for us old santa lovers!

Love a visit to Brownhills Santa!
Our 4th visit to the Santa train in 4 years. Always a lovely family experience for a good price that you know goes back into the railway. Nice little gift for the kiddies too. Thanks for helping us make lovely memories again. Will be back next year!

Nice little gem of a stopping point for walkers
Stopped off here twice on a walk around Chasewater. Little railway carriages as you enter the site which house shops. We bought some delicious orange and lemon marmalade from one of them. Pretty little café with plenty of outside seating right by it and further up the platform. Can be quite a long wait when they are busy. Toilet facilities in another part of the building and on the corner is a little gift shop with lots of things for railway modelling enthusiasts plus a few toys for children. We believe there is a station cat but we didn't see it.

Trip to princess and pirates day
We had a wonderful trip to see the princess and pirates day , fantastic trip in train and crafts and activities included in ticket was great addition. My only disappointment as an autistic and having a 5 year old liking order , when asking where different things were there was confusion and there didn't seem to be joined up thinking so when one person made a decision it was not passed on to all the other volunteers and staff so they. Didn't seem to know what was happening themselves . Apart from this we enjoyed our trip and will come back soon.

Trains and senary nice.
I would not recommend the cafes. Three large dogs on next table whilst eating our food.
The smell didn't smell like roses.
Absutly disgusting. I like animals but not in restaurants.. Must have been seven dogs at different other places.

Always enjoy our jacket potatoes by the real fire with a proper mug of tea. The staff work hard and are very friendly. Then we enjoyed a mooch in the bric-a- brac carriage, model railway and the two small shops. Looking forward to seeing it decorated for Christmas and seeing what cakes you come up with.
