Overall a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in definitely needed updated. Grout and shower bath had seen better days. No ghost encounters- which is a good or bad thing depending on what you want or don’t want to see. The cat they have running around was a little cranky and tried to bite my daughter. Take that with a grain of salt as he probably didn’t want messed with - but why have a cat on premises that is so cranky?

I would like to take a moment and appreciate the waiter we had. His name was Travis. At the 4th floor pizzeria. He is bald and a really nice guy. Definitely the best waiter I’ve seen. He really made me experience the grand experience. Definitely will be coming again soon!

If all you like is just stories of what other people have seen and standing in the halls outside occupied rooms, this tour is for you. There are some interesting things like discovered jars of human parts and seeing the morgue but not worth the money. The guide did his best to make it interesting but talked too fast so couldn't understand many of the details.

I can't believe this tour has 4 stars. This is a total waste of time and money. The tour guide kept forgetting what she was supposed to say. I suppose if you had a good guide who knew what they were talking about, the experience would be a lot better. The majority of the tour consisted of walking around the hallways of the hotel and standing outside of occupied rooms (you don't go in a single room), and then ending in the basement. Save your money!
