Excellent visit to the workhouse, exceeded our expectations. Fantastic tour given by Steven and Pat, who filled us in with the contextual history and stories of the inhabitants of the time. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Yes, individual adults pay 7 euros each. I think they have group rates to. Opening hours are 9:30 to 17:00, and only with a guide.
