This is a walk for those who believe in a level walk. From Carlingford to Omeath and back is approximately 14k. a nice and gentle walk wit the possibility of coffee on Omeath.

This is a lovely walk along Carlingford Lough, the ground is level and easy to walk. I am looking forward to it being extended on to Newry in Northern Ireland

Picturesque and leisurely. Safe walking path away from the road so ideal for waking with kids also. Dog friendly but there are a few parts which cross through fields used by livestock so on lead only. Recommended.

Some of us did not think we would make it both ways but we did. no ill effects! Cafe Rossa in Omeath was a nice 1/2 way recovery point.

Probably could do with a better surface and facilities en route. Pleasant for a stroll nevertheless especially on a sunny day. Great views of Carlingford Bay.
