nice beach

Nice beach with plenty going on,food, shops, sea and sand. Its a bit of a walk down to the beach and even more tiring going back up on a sunny day.

Beautiful beach, wide and good fine grey sand. Lovely views. Nice calm waters. Good facilities. Possibility of renting sunbed even in January.

Visited here as another holidaymaker told us it was the 'best beach in Nerja'; I'm afraid we didn't agree. Too many bars and very commercialised and overpriced. It is pleasant enough but it's not the best beach in Nerja and as we were staying right at the other end of town it wasn't worth the walk up.

Our visit was in December/January but we were still delighted with Burriana Beach. Lovely beach, great facilities for sunbeds, showers and toilets and great cafes, restaurants and bars. A leisurely coffee, beer or paella and some people watching whilst soaking up the sun made this one of favourite Nerja destinations!

A large beach with lots of facilities. Restaurants, shops, bars, cafe´s places to hire loungers - and even place to sit without! Not too many sellers. In general I don't swim in the sea here since Nerja council send all waste (un-treated) out to sea which obviously comes back towards the beach on certain days, but other than that a... More

We always come to Burriana Beach when in Nerja, there are always plenty of beds and bars and restaurants to choose from. The sunbeds are a very reasonable 3 euros a day. We came here on 27th December until 30th December and it was sunny every day so plenty of people were using the sunbeds and also having massages. There... More

Probably the biggest golden sand beach in Nerja. Bit steep going down to it and back. Lots of facilities and sunbeds.

Playa de Burriana is a lovely beach with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Walking distance from most of Nerja.

A lovely stretch of sandy beach with the option of sun beds to hire if you wish. Some good restaurants to choose from although we went 'out of season' which meant a lot were closed. Went twice (10 minute walk from central Nerja) and enjoyed both visits
