To think what this castle endured during its life. Well we enjoyed its view and history and the kids actually listened throughout the tour. Something to definitely look into if your coming to this area.

We visited this 1000year old waterfront castle that overlooks the port, beach and over the town. 4 euros each to enter and closes at 4.30pm. Well worth a visit

It's nicely maintained, with some multimedia exhibitions. Great views of the city and the water. Just minutes away from the streets of the old town and can be a sight to include into the day trip.
