english woman who gave us tour very friendly other woman not really friendly slightly aggressive and not really interested in making a sale, the pearls don’t come from teneriffa!

Found this cool pearl shop in Tenerife. Got 2 for gifts, 1 for myself. Unique, pretty, and not too pricey. Helpful sales ladies. Highly recommend!

I went with my wife, looked around the store and once we needed some help Frank appeared.
Smiling and friendly he provide us with what we wanted and also gave us advice.
He got social skills I must say, we were laughing lots, making a quiet store into an entertaining short moment, we really felt comfortable.
I definitely recommend this place and also going through Frank.

This review is.about sttore on Commercial Oasis beach Meloneras
very unpleasant experiance, there were 3 staff,2 were busy chatting and did not offer any help or greeting,totally ignored me until i asked , one of the lady (the tallest)seems can not be bothered, even though served me however shows no patience or interest, even looked away whilst i was trying on, i feel she almost throw the earrings to me.
she gave me one box after i purchased two pair of earings, she did not even look at me but throw another box in the bag when I asked for another box, made me feel i.should not ask for one box for each earings,totally horrible experiance, my shopping was ruined by the service, will not go back to the shop or even buy the brand, what a shame, such great brand ruined by its staff.

This is a large shop with lots of very nice jewellery. It is a bit out of the way and so we had to get a taxi to visit. I was a bit disappointed with the engagement from the staff who didn’t seem very interested but there were plenty of them and we managed to find some nice things to buy. I’m not sure it is worth travelling a long for but if you are near by then worth stopping in.

Mrs found out her birth stone was pearl, long story short she rinsed me. Got to choose her own oyster which was really cool. She put it into a cage pendant and on a necklace there and then! Shop was decent but out the way a bit, but called us a taxi once we were done and they arrived sharpish! Would go back!!

We went to tenerife perla last year and bought a lovely set of earings. This year went to a different branch. Still the same high quality unpressurised service. Have bought a neckless and another set. Beautiful, excellent quality. With a huge choice for every everypocket.

I looked for this store because they had a sign up at a cross street. So, finally tracked them down, and fell in love with the bracelets.
We bought 5 for presents, and 3 for me. They all have pearls on them, but are unique, very pretty and reasonably priced.
If you are in Tenerife, you MUST find one of their 3 stores,
They sales ladies were so bery helpful with telling us how to get a free bracelet, etc.
