Really great variety of Steiff products, luckily found the one we wanted and needed ASAP, the lady at the shop was really nice and helpful and ensured we received our parcel within a couple of days.
Packaging was lovely and even had a really nice hand written note inside, which was really special.
Have ordered two more items already, as presents , and cannot wait to receive them.
I would highly recommend purchasing from this shop, for many reasons, great website , with detailed descriptions/recommendations for items , ease of ordering, great delivery and a lovely personal service from someone that is interested and cares.
Keep up the great work.

Bought a toy on line for a Christmas present on from The Steiff Shop. The service was excellent The toy was delivered the following day.

If you need a teddy then they're all in here! Great choice of steiff products. Shame not enough staff to attend but we got there in the end!

Many thanks for your recent reviews for both the Antique Centre and Steiff shop which I thought needed a full explanation and apology as you were obviously disappointed. Our centre has over one hundred individual stands and cabinets containing displaying everything from fine expensive antiques to more affordable retro, shabby chic and collectables. All of these are displayed in an air conditioned, fully carpeted, well-lit and spacious centre all on one level designed for total access to all, especially the less mobile in wheelchairs etc. this means that quality antiques and less expensive items are often displayed in stands/cabinets next to one another. Some antique centres as you know are cold and cluttered and have more than one floor/area where cheaper items are usually displayed often up one or more flights of stairs and antiques are placed in prime space on the ground floor.
The same members of staff here not all of whom are antiques experts serve both the antique and Steiff shop area and I have to admit that especially during our first bank holiday weekend since opening the sheer numbers of visitors caught us by surprise.
Disregarding the negative points what did you think of the centre overall?
I have also added images taken today of several antique dealers stands which you may possibly have missed.

We were made aware of the Steiff Shop by my Mother in Law who lives nearby. So we had a long weekend in the area and had some time to kill so she suggested a visit. Well we like Steiff Bears and jigsaw puzzles and were really impressed with the collection on show. The shop lies between an Antiques center {The Warehouse} and the largest warehouse/off licence {Beers of Europe} we have ever seen, needless to say some time was also spent in these establishments. We would highly recommend a visit and will certainly be returning ourselves. Yes we did leave with Teddies Jigsaws and Alchol.

We picked up a leaflet in the tourist information advertising beers of Europe and with it was one for stiff bears. For me it was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for the guy running this side. As they are just getting established in this huge warehouse where for people who want to check out the wines, beers, and spirits then you have the perfect location for the family. Whilst someone is checking out the alcohol you can have the family in the bear shop. I could have spent a fortune, the amount of limited editions on show was brilliant. Then the selections of bears from babies lst bear, soft tiny bears for newborns to the amazing choice of bears and steiff animals for the older family members was never ending. I will definitely be making a return visit. Brio toys and brilliant french childens cars also on show. Go and check it out for yourselves and hopefully you won't be disappointed.

As I walked into this lovely place I was filled with memories of childhood. As well as hundred of Steiff teddy bears, rabbits, lions, polar bears and many other creatures, there are pedal cars, jigsaw puzzles and wooden toys. You are encouraged to take as long as you like to look around. Adults and children alike will have no problem finding that extra special something to give a loving home to (as we did)

Popped in from the most magnificent Beers of Europe adjacent . Charming knowledgeable man talked to us about the lovely animal and characters on display . If you like these collectables or know someone who is then visit here , ample free parking too . I am pretty sure I will never see a jig saw as big as these 42,340 pieces !!! .That will take some patience to do . Toilet nearby too .

What a great shop for steiff, brio and baghera pedal cars.
Service is first class and if you can visit you can buy a baghera pedal car which is already built so you can see exactly what you are buying.
Certainly recommend a visit if you are in the area and I cannot imagine their internet service letting you down.
